I have worked as Adjunct Professor at IE University in Spain since 2020. I work with various groups of undergraduate students from degree programmes including: architecture, design, communications, media and social sciences. My teaching areas cover topics including writing, critical skills and literary analysis.

A completed a master’s degree in Postcolonial Studies at SOAS, University of London in 2025, covering subjects such as: decolonial cultural practice; colonialism and international law; race and gender in postcolonial fiction; queer politics in the Global South; empire and political theory; resistance literature in South Asia; and Palestinian history, politics and culture. My final dissertation on the representation of ghosts and haunting in contemporary Palestinian fiction received a Distinction.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in English and Modern Languages (Spanish) from Oxford University. My final dissertation on cultural translation and the postcolonial migrant novel received First-Class Honours.
